Purchase Orders
Libraries and schools can submit purchase orders using our Online P.O.
feature or via fax. A Customer Service representative may follow up to
clarify fulfillment issues.
- Credit Card Payment
Individuals may use the Online Order tool as your online shopping cart
to pay by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express via our secure server. Please note that the Online Order total
reflects ONLY the amount for Online Catalog items in your order and does
not include non-Online Catalog items. All credit card customers will receive
two emails, the first will confirm our receipt of your order. When the
order is processed by Lectorum, the customer will receive a second email.

Prices
All prices shown are list prices. Lectorum offers a 20% discount to libraries, educational institutions, and teachers, unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in New Jersey. Note: Prices are subject to change without notification.
Shipping We ship via UPS. Please view our

Sales Tax We are required to charge sales tax in New York, New Jersey, Arizona,
California, and Washington. Unless you have tax-exempt status, we will
add sales tax to you order, based on your zip code.
Returns
All our books are guaranteed and are returnable for full credit if you are not fully satisfied. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Books returned must be in saleable condition, unmarked and uncirculated, and accompanied by a copy of our return authorization, and must be shipped prepaid.
